WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We will gladly accept any out-of-box failed units/items. All items to be returned in its original packaging for the return to be accepted. A 20% handling fee will be charged for all returns. 7 day return. All sales are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale. No warranty on any consumable items.
CAN I COLLECT MY PRODUCTS IN STORE?
We have two physical stores where your order can be collected. Should you choose not to ship your order to your door, you can opt for our in-store collection options. Please see our Contact Page for store locations.
DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATIONS?
We have a trusted network of installers for all our products. Should you need your products installed, please contact us and we will gladly offer the services of our trusted partners.

WHAT ARE OUR TRADING HOURS?
Our physical stores are open from a Monday to Friday 7:30am - 16:30pm. Saturdays from 8am - 12pm.
